Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind exchanges or returns due to hygienic reasons. If you are enquiring about a faulty item customers must contact us via email@example.com for an authorisation number within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers in place and original hangtags still attached. We will only accept exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size (as long as the item is following our hygiene conditions). Once the item is returned we will provide a credit note to shop the same item in the correct size, as mentioned we only accept exchanges for a different size in the exact same style and print, we do not accept exchanges for change of mind. If the item is out of stock we will discuss the possibility of a different item, however the item must be from the same collection. Store credits will reflect the date of purchase only, meaning that promo codes etc will not apply as it is for an exchange only. We do not accept any returns for items purchased using a discount or promo code.
If a customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note that if a customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment, this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused, all sanitary stickers must be in place and swing tags attached.
