Our Policy

Salinity will happily accept your clean, unworn, unwashed swimsuit that was sold full price for a store credit.

Due to high demand, we cannot provide exchanges as there is no way to guarantee that the item you want will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive store credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

Customers must contact us via hello@salinitycollective.com for an authorisation number within 7 days of receiving the product. The swimwear must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers in place and original hangtags still attached. It must be accompanied with a completed exchange form.

Return Procedure

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please ensure that you send your item via registered post as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking. If a customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note that if a customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment, this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused, all sanitary stickers must be in place and swing tags attached.

 

All items purchased on sale, discounted or using a promo code are final; no exchanges will be accepted on these items.
