Salinity will happily accept your clean, unworn, unwashed swimsuit that was sold full price for an exchange. However, we do not offer exchange for change of mind, meaning we will only accept an exchange for another size.
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for an authorisation number within 7 days of receiving the product. The swimwear must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers in place and original hangtags still attached. It must be accompanied with a completed exchange form. Unfortunately Salinity does not offer refund; our policy is an exchange-only policy.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please ensure that you send your item via registered post as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking. If a customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note that if a customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment, this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused, all sanitary stickers must be in place and swing tags attached.
All items purchased on sale, discounted or using a promo code are final; no exchanges will be accepted on these items.
