Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind exchanges or returns due to hygienic reasons. If you are enquiring about a faulty item customers must contact us via email@example.com for an authorisation number within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers in place and original hangtags still attached. If you have ordered the wrong size we will discuss an exchange with you as long as the item is following our hygiene conditions, we will then organise an exchange for you as long as the item is still in stock otherwise you will be issued with a credit note.
If a customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note that if a customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment, this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused, all sanitary stickers must be in place and swing tags attached.
