Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind exchanges or returns due to hygienic reasons. If you are enquiring about a faulty item customers must contact us via email@example.com for an authorisation number within 7 days of receiving the product. The swimwear must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers in place and original hangtags still attached.
Due to high demand, we cannot provide exchanges as there is no way to guarantee that the item you want will be in stock once we receive your faulty return. All returned items will automatically receive store credit which you can use to repurchase online.
If a customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note that if a customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment, this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused, all sanitary stickers must be in place and swing tags attached.
