All domestic and international items will be sent via registered post, which includes basic tracking and signature on arrival. Your order will be dispatched 24-48 hours after we’ve received payment. You should receive it in 1-3 days after dispatch for express post, 3-10 days for domestic and 5-20 days for international post. Please note that dispatch times can be extended for public holidays, collection launches, sales or when receiving high volumes of orders. We always aim to get it out as soon as we can to our angels.
Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind exchanges or returns due to hygienic reasons. If you are enquiring about a faulty item customers must contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for an authorisation number within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers in place and original hangtags still attached. If you have ordered the wrong size we will discuss an exchange with you as long as the item is following our hygiene conditions, we will then organise an exchange for you as long as the item is still in stock otherwise you will be issued with a credit note.
