Shipping

When will I get my order?

Your order will be dispatched 24-48 hours after we’ve received payment. You should receive it in 1-3 days after dispatch for express post, 3-10 days for domestic and 5-20 days for international post. Please note that dispatch times can be extended for public holidays, collection launches, sales or when receiving high volumes of orders.

How will my order be sent?

We use Australia Post as our main delivery service. Every package we send has basic tracking and requires a signature on arrival.  Please contact us if you wish to receive your tracking no.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

We send all our packages via registered post which includes basic tracking and needs your signature when it’s delivered. Email us at hello@salinitycollective.com for your tracking number to find out where it is.

My order has been returned, what do I do?

Missed the postman and didn’t collect from the post office in time? Get in touch at hello@salinitycollective.com and we’ll re-send the package to you. Please note: All unclaimed/un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers own expense.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind exchanges or returns due to hygienic reasons. If you are enquiring about a faulty item customers must contact us via hello@salinitycollective.com for an authorisation number within 7 days of receiving the product. The swimwear must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers in place and original hangtags still attached. If you have ordered the wrong size we will discuss an exchange with you as long as the item is following our hygiene conditions, we will then organise an exchange for you as long as the item is still in stock otherwise you will be issued with a credit note. We suggest you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

When do you accept returns?

We want you to be in love with your new Salinity pieces, this is why we only offer exchanges if your item doesn’t fit and you require a different size. As long as the item is following our hygiene conditions.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned in the original packaging, unworn in the original condition.
  • The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

My item arrived damaged or faulty, what do I do?

We’re sorry your order hasn’t arrived as expected! Please email hello@salinitycollective.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement if available or store credit right away for you.

Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.
Please note that if a customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment, this voids exchange.

Sizing

Will my purchase fit me?

We are here to help you find the perfect size so you feel confident with your purchase.

Our swimwear has features like adjustable straps, removable padding, clasp-up backs with 3 notches for a looser, medium and tighter fit around the torso,  and tie up backs that are easy to adjust helping you get the perfect fit. Our designs have soft seamless fabrics that are gentle when shaping your body.

All swimwear can be purchased as separates; as women we know our size can differ between top and bottom!

Product Care

How do I look after my items?

Caring for your new pieces is important Angels, please follow the steps below to keep your Salinity everlasting!

  • Do not iron or leave in the sun.
  • Hand wash in cold water and rinse thoroughly with cold water, especially if sunscreen is worn.
  • Ensure to take extra care of your whites as they may discolour if not rinsed thoroughly.
  • Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry – to not risk colours fading
  • Do not dry clean or wash in warm or hot water.
  • Store in a dry place where air frequently flows to avoid moisture from building in garments.
